usability issue in Yahoo mail
Yahoo mail is usually regarded as de-facto standard
in web usability applications. Combined with fast hardware, the light
and easy to use interface was one of their success recipes. It was such
a relief from the cluttered hotmail interface.
Recent Gmail competition pushed the old mail application into new competition areas. Yahoo mail simply had to offer 1Gb because this was the trend at the time. It didn't matter much if the servers could handle the load. And recently they do start to have problems. I have 6% of the 1GB loaded, and I'm getting more and more often timeouts and error messages.
