It seems that there's a new lawsuit regarding Adwords clickfraud, and I am a class member. It was probably just a matter of time until the whole secrecy would develop into a $xx million settlement fund trial.

If this some sort of new and more elaborated spam, it's weird how well they targetted the niche. Target website does exist and it's hosted in the US; plus it seems like a real attorney behind it.

Update:  There are a few active discussions on this topic on WmW and digitalPoint. So far it seems like a mixture of legitimacy and spam; quite interesting overall.
